Order Information

Orders may be placed by credit card, debit card or Paypal. 

Credit Card Security
 Your credit card information is never stored nor is it seen by our website or staff.  All credit and debit card orders are processed directly through the Authorize.net payment gateway.  Authorize.net is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") as a Level 1 service provider.  PCI DSS is the bankcard industry's most stringent security standard. These safeguards include:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

**Please refrain from using special character in address fields (e.g. à) as this may cause a payment processing error**

When placing your order please include as much address information as possible along with your telephone number. This will allow us to contact you if we need further information to complete your order and avoid any delays.

Please ensure that the name and billing address for your credit card matches the name and delivery address on your order. For security reasons goods can only be shipped to the cardholders registered billing address.  All transactions are in US dollars.

 Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a limited edition item using your credit card or Paypal account without having to pay for it until it is ready to be shipped to you.

** Your credit card will never be charged until your order is ready to ship. **

Pre-Orders will appear as “Queued” under the “Order Status”.

Tracking numbers for all your orders once they have shipped can be accessed online via your Hollywood Collectibles account. As many of our products are extremely limited in edition size it is advisable to Pre-order to avoid disappointment.

 You may use your Paypal account to pay for any order that you place, including pre-orders. You may also take advantage of one of our payment plans using your paypal account. When you place an order using Paypal as your method of payment you will be presented with two option: 1) Continue to the paypal website to make the payment, or 2) Complete the order without making the payment.
 To order an in stock product or to pre-pay for an item that is not yet available choose the first option, you will be taken to the paypal website to complete the payment. For pre-order items or to order using one of our payment plans choose the second option, you will be taken to the HCG order confirmation page and a paypal invoice will be sent to you when payment is due.

International Orders
 We can ship orders anywhere in the world. If you live outside the US and wish to obtain a shipping quote, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will be prompted to create an account (which is free of charge), once your account is created you will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your order.

Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and/or VAT) which are set by the destination country. These charges are levied once your package reaches your country. Hollywood Collectibles Group is not responsible for and does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, and in the event you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

 You may cancel your non-payment plan order at any time prior to shipping without penalty, cancelation fees are applicable to payment plan orders - please refer to our payment plan terms and conditions.

Items Damaged In Transit / Lost Or Delayed Packages
 Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for items damaged in transit, or missing items, must be reported to us within three (3) business days of delivery. In the event a package arrives having been damaged in transit, or the goods inside have been damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier. At that time the carrier may wish to inspect the package and/or collect it. You must save all packaging materials until the problem has been resolved. Please do not attempt to repair the item(s). Whenever possible please provide photographs of the damage to us by email, this will help us to expedite any claims.
