Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Credit Card Security

Your security is of the utmost importance to us. Credit card information is never stored or accessed by our website or staff. All transactions are securely processed through the Authorize.net payment gateway, a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant provider—the highest standard in the payment industry.

Please note: Special characters in address fields (e.g. à) may cause processing errors and should be avoided.

Please provide complete address details and a contact telephone number when placing your order to avoid delays.

For security purposes, the billing name and address must match those associated with your payment method. Orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s registered billing address. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering offers the opportunity to secure highly limited edition pieces in advance, without immediate payment.

Your credit card will only be charged once your item is ready for shipment.

Pre-orders will appear as “Queued” within your Order Status.

Tracking information is available through your Hollywood Collectibles account. Due to limited availability, pre-ordering is strongly recommended.

PayPal

PayPal is accepted for all orders, including pre-orders and payment plans.   A PayPal invoice will be sent when payment is due.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to view shipping costs after creating a free account.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to duties, customs tariffs, and/or VAT set by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Hollywood Collectibles Group and must be paid to clear customs.

Cancellations

Orders not part of a payment plan may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty. Payment plan orders are subject to cancellation fees.  For more information please review our payment plan terms and conditions

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Report damage or missing items within 3 business days
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Do not attempt repairs

Providing photos will help expedite your claim.
