HCG Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

Flexible installment options are available for upcoming and limited-edition collectibles. Due to the limited nature of production runs and the administrative handling required for each installment, payment plans are structured agreements rather than item reservations.

Plans are offered in 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 monthly payments, and items ship once the plan has been paid in full.

If you cancel your payment plan at any time, an administrative fee of $20 per payment made will be deducted from your refund. Each installment requires processing, account management, and ongoing administration. This fee helps to offset the time and resources involved in maintaining active payment plans, and ensures fairness across limited inventory allocations.

In addition, any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred, including PayPal fees, will be deducted from the refund total.

Example: If you made 5 payments of $100:

• Total paid: $500
• Admin fee: 5 × $20 = $100
• Refund: $400, less any applicable third-party processing fees

When your item is ready, you will be notified that your final payment is due.

• A 6-month window is provided to complete the final payment.
• Orders not completed within this timeframe will be automatically canceled.
• Due to payment processor and card issuer policies, refunds can only be issued within a limited timeframe. Once this window has passed, refunds can no longer be processed back to the original payment method.

For this reason:

• Orders not completed within the required timeframe will be canceled.
• Payments made within the allowable refund window will be refunded, less applicable fees.
• Payments outside of this window will be issued as store credit only.

Failed or missed payments must be resolved promptly.

• HCG reserves the right to cancel an order if payments remain unresolved after 30 days.
• Administrative fees will apply.

Items are reserved only while your payment plan remains active and in good standing. Payment plans are not intended to function as long-term holds on inventory.

Availability is not guaranteed if:

• Payments are missed.
• Final payment is delayed beyond the 6-month window.
• The plan is not completed after final notice.

Requests for adjustments or extensions must be submitted by email and require written approval from HCG via return email.

• Verbal or informal requests are not acceptable.
• Original terms remain in effect unless written approval is provided.
• Extensions will not exceed the 6-month completion window unless explicitly approved.
• Flexibility is granted at HCG’s sole discretion.

By selecting an HCG payment plan, you agree to these cancellation terms.
